FAQs

  •  Are your translations recognised?

Yes – our translations are recognised by all Australian authorities. We advise customers to check with the relevant consular authority regarding requirements for recognition overseas.

  •  Are you NAATI-accredited?

Yes - all our staff have NAATI accreditation (or recognition in languages with a lower demand).

  •  Do I have to bring in the original document?

No – we translate from any copy that we receive and attach it to our translation. It will be up to you to prove to the relevant authority that the copy is genuine.

  •  Can you certify copies?

No – only a Justice of the Peace can do that, or any other officer with similar official standing, e.g. a solicitor, judge, some bank managers and police officers.

  •  Do you guarantee your work?

We guarantee that we use only qualified language experts whose work is double-checked. If we make a mistake, we will correct it. We work under the Australian Trade Practices Act which protects you as a consumer.

  •  How much does it cost?

We charge for our German <> English translations by the number of English words. Our rates depend on the complexity of the source text. Simple personal documents are charged at a fixed rate. Please fax or e-mail us a sample of your text for an obligation-free quote.

If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to email us.
